Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

You can Login after approval. Please wait for approval.

If you enter the address and company name correctly, we will check and approve it within 1-2 working days.
If it is not approved after 3 working days, please send an email to <a href="mailto:{$cpo_email}">info@plumeeyewear.com</a> including your ID / Company name / Address / Contact number.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Log in with a member ID.
Step 3: Add products to your shopping bag.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Free: Shipping fee is free regardless of the price.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 14 days
  • It is shipped as an international trackable shipping service,

    Delivery period may take 5 to 15 business days depending on the country and delivery situation.


    If the order status is [Preparing Shipment], cancellation, modification, and additional orders are possible, but in the case of [Awaiting Shipment], the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges

After receipt, please be sure to check all the products you have received.


In the case of A/S due to product defect, you can apply only within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, and subsequent applications are considered as A/S due to consumer negligence, and additional costs will be incurred.


1. For repair

① Product defect: If you send a picture of the defective product to info@plumeeyewear.com, after checking the condition, a replacement product will be sent to the next order.

② Consumer negligence: If you send photos of A/S products to info@plumeeyewear.com, the related parts will be sent immediately.

- Average price of parts front $10, temple $10 (price varies by model)

- One-way shipping fee ($10~17) is borne by the customer

③ If you wish to repair the Fantom Optical directly, the cost of the parts and round-trip shipping ($ 20 ~ 34) will be borne by the customer.

2. Exchange and Refund

Exchange round-trip shipping cost: $20~34

Return one-way shipping cost: $10~17

Depending on the original purchase / country / receipt of exchanges and returns, processing results and shipping costs will vary.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
